We worked in a team. My team and I used cardboard, markers,, tin foil, and hot glue to make and finish our project.

Planning Questions

I'm a Creative Communicator because I was helping my team through how and what we should do to make the Thanos Gauntlet. I chose a Creative Communicator because we will be making a video like Creative Communicator's do. I also thought this because it is how they do it in the movies and our creation is from a movie.

I learned how to make things with cardboard instead of just coloring cardboard. My team and I overcame on how hard it was to hot glue the gauntlet while our hands were inside of it. I wouldn't of used the yarn but my team thought it was necessary but hard but we still did it. My team and I decided to use yarn for one of the fingers to make it stable and hot glue and tape to keep the stuff the together.

My project connects to a Building Engineer. I know this because Building Engineer's plan, build, make, create, etc. I chose Building Engineer because we did pretty much everything they do.

A Gauntlet from the avengers movies. Something that usually wouldn't be inside this world. My team and I decided to do this because we thought it would look cool especially because some kids and some adults enjoy watching the movies of the avengers.

Using cardboard, I created a gauntlet because my group and I thought it would be cool or fun to make.

During this process, I learned that making things out of cardboard isn't easy.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to an Innovative Designer because I made something out of cardboard and wasn't just taking an man made thing already.

A challenge I overcame on this project was building with cardboard. I was able to do it by being positive and being able to work with other people.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change using the yarn. The reason why I would change it is because it took us longer to use inside the movie and it made us have to make the time longer so we could actually finish it.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Construction Trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in a Project Manager.
