• Using track and hot wheels , I created a hot wheels track  because i have never actually have used a hot wheel track  .

• During this process, I learned how weight afects movement .

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties toComputational Thinkerbecause we had to think the friction and weight .

• A challenge I overcame on this project was   the steepness so it wouldnt just jump and crash . I was able to do it by tugging the track a wee tad .

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the cars . The reason why I would change it is because to light and slow .

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to  Engineering Design,  the CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in Mechanical Engineer because we desighn most of the track .
