8P4-Cricut Design

Using Cricut and heat pressed, I created A sweatshirt with prints I made because Me and my friend wanted to create a sweatshirt that said Always Protected for my friend Because he is a QB and Always Protecting for me because im a Lineman and on the back of our sweatshirt it will say a Bible Verse.

During this process, I learned how to use the Cricut machine and how to use the heat press on the sweatshirt and how to peel the words ive made on the Cricut machine, Ive also learned that you need to measure where to put the words first because if not then it would've been uneven.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I designed my own sweatshirt.

A challenge I overcame on this project was measuring where to heat press the words at on the sweatshirt. I was able to do it by the help with my friend to hold the sweatshirt while I measured the sweatshirt.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change what the design we did on the sweatshirt . The reason why I would change it is because it would be really cool. If I thought the first one was cool I would think this one is cool.
