Using a sphero bolt and the iPad and all the racing equipment , I created a race track because i really like race tracks and i think it was the best idea we had and both liked it, it was also a very fun video to do and we planned doing a racing video for a while before we ended up doing it  .

During this process, I learned how to use a sphero bolt and how to code something and also howe to drive it but it was very challenging to learn how to do that because i have never used one of these before.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner, because i used websites and classmates videos to learn how to use the robots and how to drive them.

A challenge I overcame on this project was how to use a robot because i have never used a robot before or anything like it also how to code a robot because i didn't even know you could do that to a robot. I was able to do it by watching videos on sphero bolts also getting help from other classmates and my partner.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the type of robot we used. The reason why I would change it is because it could be funnier

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer programmer because  CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in computer programmer because we learn how to program the bolt and w used it .
