Using Aluminum and tinker cad, I created two boats that float because .During this process, I learned how to design and test boats. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I used my resources to my advantage. A challenge I overcame on this project was my aluminum boat design failed and I had to take the hole boat apart. I was able to do it by keep thinking about what I could make with a torn piece of aluminum. Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size. The reason why I would change it is because I think the boat could hold more the bigger it is. This project connect to careers in youtube for content.
