My Final Video

Reflection:

• Using a merge cube, a computer, a ipad, and my brain,  I created a magical forest with a witch trying to win the harvest moon festival by making cupcakes. I made this project because I thought that it would be a fun challenge for me, becuase I've never done it before, and ive always wanted to make a witchy scene. This was one of the funnest challenges I've done for class, and I'm even more excited for vitual reality. 

• During this process, I learned how to make things on a merge cube. I didn't even know what a merge cube was at the very beginning! I experimented with trees, and different scenarios on the merge cube. 

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I designed this whole thing from scratch, and using the copilot to generate the details for my story.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to flip the merge cube. I was able to do it by looking at the recourse section of the delightex EDU website. I found the recourse that I needed, and flipped the cube and started to work on the rest of my story. 

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size of the merge cube. The reason why I would change it is because I think that If I added more room on the merge cube, I would of been able to add more details to my liking.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  This entails making videos and audio production like podcasts, or ticktocks. They also work on 2d and 3d modleing, as well as special effects with their videos. 

• My project connects to careers in 3d modeling and XR content developers because they work with 3d modeling and the type of systems that I used when I made my project. They work with shading 3d models, and making the 3d models. These jobs also work with testing the projects they make, making sure they work the way they want to. The XR content developers work with upgrading software, framerates, and different textures.
