Day 1
today i wrote my list of 10 and planning questions.
Day 2
today i started to code my Spero
DAY 3
ands changed some code and coded a little
Day 4
today i did my reflection
My Reflection:
Using Spero Mini, I created some tricks because I wanted to see if I could challenge myself and push my skills further. I enjoyed experimenting with different ideas and testing whether I could make them work using the tools available. This project gave me a chance to explore my creativity while also learning something new. It helped me see how much I could accomplish when I set a goal for myself.
During this process, I learned how to code, which was one of the most valuable parts of the project. I discovered how coding works behind the scenes and how small changes can completely affect the outcome. I also learned how to troubleshoot problems and fix mistakes when something didn’t work the way I expected. This experience helped me build confidence in using technology in a more advanced way.
My project ties to the Innovative Designer standard because I had to think creatively, experiment with different ideas, and use problem‑solving skills to make my tricks work. I had to design, test, and improve my project multiple times, which is exactly what innovative designers do. This standard fits my project well because I used technology to create something original and meaningful.
A challenge I overcame on this project was coding a cool trick that actually worked correctly. At first, things didn’t go the way I planned, and some parts of the code seemed wrong or didn’t run properly. I was able to fix it by going back through the code, finding the mistakes, and adjusting things until everything worked smoothly. This taught me patience and showed me that problem‑solving is a big part of coding.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the trick I chose and the length of the video to make it more interesting and better paced. The reason why I would change it is because now that I understand the process better, I could create something more polished and exciting. I would also use my new coding skills to make the trick more advanced and visually appealing.
My project connects to the Innovative Designer CTE program at Hastings High School because it involves creativity, technology, and designing something new from scratch. This program focuses on using digital tools to solve problems and create original work, which is exactly what I did in my Spero Mini project. It shows how technology and creativity can work together.
My project connects to careers in computer programming, software development, and digital design because these fields require coding skills, creativity, and the ability to fix problems when things don’t work. People in these careers often experiment, test ideas, and improve their work just like I did. This project gave me a small taste of what those careers might be like and how much problem‑solving they involve.
Used copilote to sum my work up.
