Using tinker cad, I created a three D boat design because we wanted to hold a contest to see who's boat would hold the most pennies. During this process we went over lots of designs untill we found the design that we thought would be the winner. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator, Innovative Designer and Empowered Learner because because this was a fairly independent project with little help from other people out side the group that I was apart, and we are posting this on a google sit for everyone that wants to can see globally. A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to navigate my way through cospaces to create my final three D design. I was able to do it by asking other group members of my group to help and finding alternative ways to fix the problems that I faced . Given a chance to do this again, I would change the design of my boat to be bigger to fit more penniless. The reason why I would change it is because other groups started to pass us in the number of pennies that their boat held This project connect to careers in three D design and object designs.
