Using cardboard, I created a set of armor from the very popular game Minecraft because Minecraft is fun and I wanted to show that.
During this process, I learned that it is hard to make cardboard items stick to the side of cardboard with tape.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because we had to come up with a lot of solutions.
A challenge we overcame on this project was keeping the cardboard helmet on the wearer's head. We overcame this by putting the helmet on where the wearer had to stand in the picture so they didn't have to move.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change attaching the shoulder armor parts from masking tape to duct tape. the reason I would change it is because the masking tape didn't really help it stick.

My project connects to the Construction Trades CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Construction Trades because we had to build a suit of cardboard armor from scratch.
The people in my group were Haley, Riley, and Chloe. I should add that Haley, Riley, and I made the armor while Chloe made a soccer flicking game that comes with the armor.
