Are you working by yourself or in a team?
Myself
What materials will you need for your project?
Button, film, pin ,picture ,the maker
What is your plan to create in this project?
To create a button
What unique qualities will your project have?
Put it on anything
Here is a tutorial on how to use the button maker and how to make the button.
These are my buttons that I made
Using the button maker, I created 2 buttons because I already have a few buttons and I wanted more to put on my backpack.
During this process, I learned what size picture I need in most of the pictures that I print out to use.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovation Designer because I used things like the film, printer, and the button machine.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to get the right size picture. I was able to do it by reprinting the picture a few times and just eyeing the image a little bit.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my tutorial on how to use the machine. The reason why I would change it is because to me it could have been more detailed and could be better.
