7p1 About Me Video

• Using iMovie, an iPad, Creative Commons Pictures, Music, and sound effects, I created a movie about shows I loved watching when I was little because they were my favorite shows.

• During this process, I learned how to make an iMovie and how to add sound and voice overs to it.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to being a Global Collaborator because I made a video for the world to see.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was my iPad was not downloading my movie on to my drive. I was able to do it by powering off my iPad and moving closer to the router.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time I put in to this project. The reason why I would change it is because my images weren't the best and I think I could have found better picture but do to time I wasn't able to.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to careers in content developer because they make and editing videos, movies blogs etc. 

Day 1                 we started making a website

Day 2              created a list of 10 things we can make are about me videos 

Day 3            found photos for are IMovie 

Day 4           added sounds and filters to my IMovie

Day 5         putting our movies on to our websites

Day 6      research others students cardboard creations
