ReQlogic is the system we use for expense payment. Departments enter information into a 'requisition' to begin the process. All requisitions must be 'received' in ReQlogic and documentation (see below) sent to the automated AP email to be flagged for payment. Rollout #1 includes any purchase, service or fee to be paid.

Please send the Vendor Information Sheet and the Vendor W9 to the vendor to complete. You must download these forms and attach in an email to the vendor. Do not give them the link to this site as it is an internal link only. International individuals or companies will need to complete one the W8 forms instead of the W9. Please see the list on the DOCUMENTS and FORMS page.
Once completed, please forward the forms to the Business Office email businessoffice@hastings.edu to set up the vendor. The process is quick and we will notify you via email when the vendor profile is ready.
