PROJECT SUBMISSIONS

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 19th, 2025, 12:00 MIDNIGHT CST

Students may submit their project for an oral or poster presentation in either the empirical research or literature review categories.

• Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (10-12 minutes with 3-5 minutes for Q & A).

• Poster Presentation: 60 minutes. 

  • Maximum recommended poster size is 48" wide and 36" tall

  • Presenters are expected to be available with their poster to answer questions for the duration of the poster presentation session. 

For your submission, please prepare a 400-word abstract of your project to be reviewed by the Conference Committee. During submission you will be asked to select from one (1) of the following four categories:

• Empirical Research: Oral Presentation

• Empirical Research: Poster Presentation

• Literature Review: Oral Presentation

• Literature Review: Poster Presentation

You and your faculty sponsor will be notified via email of your selection status.

Your session time and location will be posted on the main conference webpage on the Presenter Schedule.
