Make a good faith effort on the AP Exam on May 15th.
Information on the Exam:
Material: The test will cover all of American history from 1754-1945, which is only five of the nine periods usually covered by the exam. More information here.

The test will be a single essay question that takes 45 minutes to complete. It is a document based question with five documents that should be used as evidence to support any claim made in the essay.

Google Hangouts
I will use Google Classroom to coordinate online video review session as we go forward. All meetings will be recorded and uploaded in case a student cannot make the meeting. My schedule is changing week to week as my wife is still working with a shifting schedule which leaves me with two year old twins and a five year old to take care of during the day. I will try to be a flexible as possible in accommodating students.
AP Classroom + other review material
All students have access to the College Board APUSH classroom site. There are many quizzes available to allow for self-assessment.
Kahn Academy's website is also overflowing with review material and quizzes: https://www.khanacademy.org/humanities/ap-us-history
Quite a few other links are available through Google Classroom. I will continue to add more material, especially as College Board makes additional review material available.
Mental and Physical Health
Parents and students should understand that this is not a traditional online learning environment, but an attempt at normalcy in a time of crisis. I am fully aware that the difficulties some students may be facing is much greater than what others might be experiencing. While academics are important, they will ALWAYS be secondary. If a student or parent has any concerns, mental or physical, please contact me or a counselor at any time. We will do everything we can to help meet your needs.
