MANDATORY Physicals

* Cost is $10.00 (pay when signing in - cash only)

* incoming 8th grade at 4:30

* incoming 9th-12th grade at 5:00

* Location - HHS Gym

* New athletes need dragonfly accounts (directions under forms- different form and code for HJHS and HHS)

* The 2018 physical form is the correct one, but it is revised to reflect new expiration dates on the back.
