Theme: How We Organise Ourselves.

This term, we will be following different lines of inquiry to help us find out about "a range of systems that can be used to connect communities around the world."

Our lines of inquiry include:

Types of systems (Form)
How systems connect with each other (Connection)
How systems have changed with the developing technological world (Change)

Lullingstone Country Park

Year 5 went to Lullingstone Country Park and we worked on our team building skills and we got an insight to our term ahead's learning. We looked at how to build a successful system.

Donna also treated us to some pizza wraps that we got to make and eat them!

Odd Socks Day

To celebrate anti-bullying week, we wore odd socks to demonstrate that it's ok to be different!

This term we are looking at OAA- focusing on team building and navigational skills which ties in perfectly with our unit of inquiry this term!

Science

In week 1, we looked at what it means for a material to be soluble. We then investigated this by mixing different materials with water to make a solution to see if the materials were soluble.
