Music Trip Requirements

Music Trip Participation Requirements
**Each Student must have participated in band and/or choir for the full school year prior to the scheduled trip. (For the 2018 trip, the student must have participated 2014-2015, 2015-2016, and 2016-2017). Students moving into the district must prove prior music participation. Any special circumstances must be approved by the directors and the administration.
**All Music Booster Dues must be paid up ($10 per family at the time of school registration each year)
** Each student must maintain a C average in band and/or choir at the end of each quarter, and at the time of the trip.
**Each student must be passing (D- or higher) all other courses at the end of First Semester, and at the time of the trip.
**All students must adhere to the H-M-S Good Conduct Policy at all times.
Any student who has failing grades and/or good conduct violations will not be allowed on the trip.
Refunds only will be made according to Brightspark’s cancellation policy, or 100% guarantee if students are signed up for RGP. {See the Brightspark cancellation policies, and the RGP flyer for guidelines and payback.}
