Q. When will trip account funds be applied?

A. In July, Music Boosters will deplete all accounts and send Brightspark one check. This will include the extra $100 that Music Boosters is crediting toward students, and covering half of the chaperone cost. Brightspark will then have an updated balance for each participant before the first payment is due on August 15.

Q. Is the deposit an extra expense?

A. No, the $100 deposit is deducted from the trip balance.
