Music Trip Participation Requirements
**Each Student must have participated in band and/or choir for the full school year prior to the scheduled trip. Students moving into the district must prove prior music participation. Any special circumstances must be approved by the directors and the administration.
** Each student must maintain a C- or higher in band and/or choir first semester and up until the trip.
**Each student must be passing (D- or higher) all other courses at the end of First Semester, and at the time of the trip.
**All students must adhere to the H-M-S Good Conduct Policy at all times.
Any student who has failing grades and/or good conduct violations will not be allowed on the trip.
Refunds only will be made according to Bob Roger's Travel cancellation policy. Refer to the TripMate Flyer attached.
Everyone will be required to have the Enhanced Protection.
