If you have multiple students coming to Hart for the 2024-25 school year,
please submit a form for EACH student:
FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Recommendation: Please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as a Browser
If you need assistance, please come to the Hart High School front office any Tuesday or Thursday (starting the week of July 8th) between 8am-11am or attend one of our School Registration Clinics on July 23rd or 25th.

Registration Form includes 4 steps that need to be done and submitted prior to IN-PERSON Registration:
Step 1: Enter Student Information for Registration
Step 2: Complete Online Registration (OLR) on Infinite Campus
Step 3: Complete MANDATORY forms PRIOR to IN-PERSON Registration
Step 4: Acknowledge you have read and received PARENT/STU HANDBOOK and website information
On your student’s IN-PERSON Registration Day, we will verify all 3 steps are complete in order for your student to be allowed to register.
IF YOUR STUDENT ARRIVES TO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION WITHOUT THESE FORMS COMPLETE, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN HOME TO HAVE PARENTS COMPLETE THE FORMS OR PARENTS MAY COME WITH THEIR STUDENT TO IN-PERSON REGISTRATION TO COMPLETE THE FORMS FROM A SCHOOL COMPUTER, WHICH WILL DELAY THE IN-PERSON REGISTRATION.

Paso 3: Completar los formularios OBLIGATORIOS ANTES DE LA INSCRIPCIÓN EN PERSONA
Paso 4: Reconoce que ha leído y recibido el LIBRO PARA PADRES Y ESTUDIANTES y la información de la
página web.
El día de la inscripción en persona de su estudiante, verificaremos que los 3 pasos estén completos para que su estudiante pueda inscribirse.
SI SU ESTUDIANTE LLEGA AL REGISTRO EN PERSONA SIN ESTOS FORMULARIOS COMPLETOS, SE LE PEDIRÁ QUE REGRESE A CASA PARA QUE SUS PADRES COMPLETEN LOS FORMULARIOS O LOS PADRES PUEDEN VENIR CON SU ESTUDIANTE AL REGISTRO EN PERSONA PARA COMPLETAR LOS FORMULARIOS DESDE UNA COMPUTADORA DE LA ESCUELA, LO QUE RETRASARÁ EL REGISTRO EN PERSONA.
