New students to the Hart District

OLR is stating, "Registration is currently closed".

OLR registration can only be done through primary household accounts. If there are any updated changes to the household, please reach out to the registrar.

My student is an incoming Freshmen. What is their student ID number?

If your student is with the William S. Hart Union School District, their student ID number will be the same from Jr

High.

If your student is outside of the district, they will be assigned a student ID number when registered at Hart High.

Do I need to create a portal account?

Yes, visit https://www.hartdistrict.org/apps/pages/infinite-campus to fill out the Infinite Campus Portal Account Support Form to create an account. Please note that requests are processed individually and may take up to 1-2 business days.

Do I get my books on my registration day?

Yes. The library is on the registration route for all students to pickup their books.

Do I get my schedule?

Yes. You will be provided a copy on your registration day.

Can I make changes to my schedule during registration day?

Counseling will have a QR code outside of their offices for any student wanting to make changes to their schedules.
