Please fill out this interest form to be eligible to participate in Tryouts! 

Cheer Tryout Interest Form 

This form must be completed by April 1st. 

After completing the form, please be sure to gather a copy of your Q3 grades, complete registration on CA Athletic Clearance, and teacher recommendations. 

There is a mandatory parent meeting on April 2nd from 7-8pm in room 516. Students and their parents must attend this meeting in order for your child to be eligible to participate in tryouts.
