At Harrop Cleaning Services, we strive to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services every visit. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned during your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional charge.
To qualify for a re-clean:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours.
The area must not have been disturbed or used after the original service.
Access to the home must be provided within 48 hours for correction.
Due to the nature of cleaning services being labor-based and completed on-site, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been performed.
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
A re-clean has been attempted, and
The issue remains unresolved, and
The concern falls within the original scope of work.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Areas not included in the booked service.
Pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or wear and tear.
Failure to disclose excessive buildup or conditions requiring a deep clean.
Services completed according to the agreed checklist.
Change of mind after service completion.
Add-on services (inside oven, fridge, cabinets, laundry, etc.) must be selected at the time of booking. Refunds will not be issued for add-ons that were declined or not selected.
