Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or inability to provide access to the home at the scheduled time will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
