*Please send in a small, healthy snack that can be eaten and cleaned up in 10 minutes or less.
*If you send in a water bottle, please ensure it has a lid that can securely close to prevent spills in the classroom. If it falls over, it should not leak or gush water - as you can imagine this creates quite a mess, especially in a 1st grade classroom!
We love to celebrate birthdays at school! You are welcome to send in a treat if you wish. A few things to keep in mind:
*We have 16 students.
*We will celebrate during our regularly scheduled snack time
*Students will not be permitted to visit other classrooms to deliver treats to other teachers or students.
*Summer birthdays will be celebrated on your child's half birthday (July will be celebrated in January. August will be celebrated in February.)
*Please do not send in full sheet cakes, ice cream cakes, or goodie bags.
