Watercolor Helps & Tutorials

HERE ARE SEVERAL HOW TO VIDEOS AS TUTORIALS FOR USING THE PAINT MEDIA, WATERCOLOR. THERE ARE MANY VARIETY OF WATERCOLOR. SOME ARE VERY EXPENSIVE (especially the higher quality paint), HOWEVER, AS A BEGINNER YOU CAN PURCHASE AN INEXPENSIVE PALATE OF PAINT AT MOST DEPARTMENT STORES (such as your local stores) TO BEGIN YOUR PRACTICE...you will probably find that you still can create some pretty amazing works of art even with the inexpensive paint sets. Also brushes come in a variety of quality as well, but the brush that comes with your set will work fine as you begin to learn. As you become more experienced and choose to do so you can then purchase a more expensive set. You will want to choose a thick paper that with texture (called TOOTH) to hold the water. The best choice is watercolor paper, but if you can't get this type of paper, many sketchbook paper will work. Often times it is listed on the package what media will work with the paper you are using.

I hope you find these videos useful and helpful.
