Students who meet A+ requirements will be eligible for 2 years of reimbursed tuition and general activity fees at many Missouri community colleges, vocational or technical schools. For more information about A+ eligibility please visit the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Developement.
The 4 biggest requirements include:
Complete 50 hours of tutoring (this will be a class your senior year)
Have 95% attendance overall for grades 9-12
Have an overall 2.5 GPA or higher
Have achieved a score of proficient or advanced on the Algebra I End-of-Course exam or a higher level DESE approved End-of-Course exam in the field of mathematics. (ACT scores can help satisfy this requirement)
