Homework helps establish discipline and routine.
Most importantly, it provides an opportunity to apply what was learned on ones own.
Homework should take 10-15 minutes and students are allowed to STOP after 30 minutes with quality effort.
There will be homework daily that should take 30 minutes or less.
It should be completed to the best of one's ability. For example, in math, no calculators will be used and showing your work is a must!
Students and students should be checking grades at a minimum weekly.
Assignments two weeks late or more will not be accepted for credit.
This document outlines each of the roles of the people involved in virtual learning: teachers, students, and parents.
Understand that the role of virtual students is different than that of face-to-face students.
Below you will also find the Student/Parent Handbook for Harper Creek virtual learning.
