Welcome! A little about me...

I am Ms. Juarez! I grew up in Southeast Texas in a small town just outside of Beaumont. I am an alumnus of Lamar University where I recently received my M. Ed in Administration, a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and earned my EC-6 teacher certification.  My teacher field experience was fulfilled at Caldwood Elementary in 2014 where, soon after, I began working at Harmony Science Academy. I have been the Gifted and Talented program coordinator for over ten years and took on the additional role of STEM Coordinator five years ago. During that time, I also taught K-5 engineering, technology applications, STEM, and Science classes. I enjoy working at HSA because I believe in the school mission and their core values: High expectations, dedicated staff, working together, character matters, & STEM for all.

I am supported by my beautiful family, children, and fur babies. Both of my children are alumni of HSA and are doing well. We enjoy our time together by watching movies, cooking, and going on weekend getaways.
