Community HealthCORE provides mental, emotional, and behavioral health services to individuals and families across East Texas. Our programs promote recovery, resilience, independence, and healthier families while empowering people to reach their life goals.

Serving 23 counties, Community HealthCORE provides treatment, prevention, outreach, and crisis services to more than 16,000 children, adults, and families each year. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Joint Commission Accredited organization, we are committed to providing accessible, safe, and high-quality care to the communities we serve.

Pathstones Counseling Center was born from the prayers, hard work, and deep compassion of the Alpine Church of Christ in Longview, Texas. What began as a heartfelt desire to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of the community has grown into an independent nonprofit Christian counseling center, dedicated to serving individuals and families throughout the greater Longview area.

Our mission is rooted in the words of Jesus: to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind—and to love others as ourselves. At Pathstones, we seek to live out that calling by walking alongside those who are hurting, offering them a safe place to find healing, hope, and renewed strength
