Serving the youngest members of the Harlem School District is a joy and a privilege. In my six years working with Kindergarten to Grade 3, I have seen our students' talents become highlighted and extended into authentic learning experiences.

As a long time educator, and the parent of an advanced learner, I make it my priority to stay current on best practices for students who need challenging variance in the educational experience.

I have worked in the Harlem School District for 15 years; during which time I have taught grades 1-3. This year is my third year as a Talent Development Specialist. I am enjoying the experience of teaching our students meaningful, 21st century skills that can aid them everyday on their learning journeys.

It has also been my mission to advocate for the needs of our advanced learners. We strive to include enrichment experiences that can help all our students grow to their fullest potential.
