We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our staff team from September 2026.
The Teaching Assistant’s working pattern is likely to be four mornings each week, from 8.40 a.m. to midday, term time only. There may also be the possibility of additional hours on a claims basis.
The post will be fixed term to July 2027 in the first instance.
The successful applicant will have experience of supporting whole class learning and will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement. In addition, they will show flexibility and an understanding of effective approaches to meet the needs of small groups and individual children within the class.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced classroom support assistant to join our staff team as an Individual Needs Assistant (INA). This is a fixed term post in Key Stage 2 to support the care and education of a named pupil with cognition, learning and nurture needs.
Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of managing individual needs within a classroom environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.
The working pattern will be five mornings each week from 8.35 a.m. to 12.10 p.m., term time only.
