Welcome to the Post-Secondary Transition Resources page! Transition planning is an integral part of your child’s high school education. The purpose of transition planning is to help students recognize their areas of strength and personal interests as well as areas of difficulty and in conjunction with the guidance department help them plan for their future. An important component of transition planning is your perspective. Please review the webpage so that you may be better informed of supports and services that are available for your child.
