If this is your first time taking dual enrollment classes, you will need to schedule an advisement/registration appointment with Coach Clayton. Read the directions below carefully to set up your registration appointment.
BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE . . . can you answer "YES" to all of these questions:
(a) Have you been accepted to WGTC?
(b) Have you completed your GaFutures application (or GSFAPP for accelerated career students?)
(c) Have you signed the Code of Conduct? (If not, it is posted on the classroom in the section labeled "2025/2026 School Year."
If the answer to both of those questions is "YES," continue.
To schedule an advisement appointment:
Go to the dual enrollment Google Classroom.
In the stream, find the post on "REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2026"
There is a document there called "Registration Appointments, Spring 2026." Open that.
Find a date and time slot where you can come in for an appointment. NOTE: There are tabs for multiple days at the bottom of the table. IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR TEACHERS ARE OKAY WITH IT.
Email me (or come by my room) to request that time slot. Be specific. "I'd like to request an appointment for October 3rd @ 745 am." My email: michael.clayton@haralson.k12.ga.us
I will email you back as soon as I can saying your appointment is confirmed. Until you get that, we don't have an appointment.
Show up for your appointment. If you can't make it, email me and let me know. If you pull a no-show without telling me, you will not be allowed to register until everyone else is done. Many classes will be full by then.
