By confirming a booking or making payment, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.
The person making the booking represents and is responsible for all travelers in the group.
Bookings require a down payment to process and are confirmed only after supplier approval.
Most bookings are non-refundable, and changes or cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
Hap Travels acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for decisions made by airlines, hotels, embassies, or other third-party providers.
Service and administrative fees charged by Hap Travels are non-refundable once services have started.
Prices, availability, and schedules may change due to supplier adjustments or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate details, valid travel documents, and compliance with travel requirements.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

By confirming a booking or making any payment, the Client (“You”) acknowledges that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions with Hap Travels (“The Company”). The person making the booking acts on behalf of all travelers in the group and is responsible for full compliance and payment.
Hap Travels provides professional travel facilitation including, but not limited to:
Domestic Tour Packages
International Tour Packages
Joiner or Shared Tours
Vehicle Rental and Transfer Services
Visa and Travel Documentation Assistance
The Company may update, add, or discontinue services without prior notice.
Bookings and payments are valid only through Hap Travels’ official channels:

A 50% down payment is required to process your reservation.
Final confirmation occurs only after supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, embassy) verification.
Full payment is due at least 14 days before departure, unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay on time results in automatic booking forfeiture.
The Company may decline or cancel a booking with a full refund if the requested service becomes unavailable.
All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payments: bank deposit, GCash, or other official processors.
Processing or transfer fees are non-refundable.
Official payment details will be provided upon booking.
Transactions made through unofficial pages or individuals are not recognized by the Company.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, or availability at the time of booking.
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable once finalized, except when cancellation arises from airline, hotel, or government restrictions.
Refunds or credits follow the policies of each supplier and may take 30–90 days.
Administrative fees apply to all cancellations or refund requests.
“Change of mind” cancellations are not eligible for refund.
All service fees charged by Hap Travels are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Rebooking is allowed only under:
a) Airline/government cancellations or force majeure;
b) Medical emergencies (with proof); or
c) Death in the immediate family (with documentation).
All rebookings require supplier approval and payment of fare differences plus admin fees.
Clients must:
Provide accurate passenger names and valid travel documents (passports, visas, IDs).
Review all details before confirming a booking.
Ensure on-time arrival for flights and tours.
Observe rules and local regulations during travel.
Hap Travels is not liable for losses caused by wrong details, missed flights, offloading, or expired documents.
Joiner tours operate on a shared transport and itinerary basis.
Minimum participants apply; if not met, the Company may reschedule or offer credit/refund.
Itineraries are subject to change for safety or operational reasons.
Drivers must follow assigned routes and time limits.
Any damage, loss, or traffic violation caused by the client will be borne by the client.
Vehicle availability depends on supplier schedules; delays due to traffic or road conditions are beyond the Company’s control.
Hap Travels acts only as a facilitator in preparing and submitting visa applications.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
All fees for visa processing are non-refundable, regardless of the result.
Clients are responsible for truthful information and required supporting documents.
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage. The Company is not liable for any loss not covered by such insurance.
All bookings are subject to the individual terms of airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Hap Travels acts as an intermediary and cannot override supplier rules or guarantee refunds beyond their policies.
The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking.
Hap Travels is not liable for injuries, delays, loss of property, or expenses arising from third-party actions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
Hap Travels may cancel a booking without refund if a client:
Abuses staff or partners verbally or physically;
Engages in fraud or misrepresentation; or
Violates these Terms intentionally.
Such cases will first undergo internal review before any legal action or blacklist.
The Company shall not be liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Rebooking or credit options will follow supplier rules.
All personal data collected are handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Information is used solely for travel arrangements and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
All logos, itineraries, photos, and marketing materials produced by Hap Travels are its exclusive property and may not be reused or republished without written consent.
Disputes shall first be settled amicably or through Barangay/DTI mediation.
If unresolved, legal proceedings shall be filed in the courts of San Mateo, Rizal, Philippines, under Philippine law.
Hap Travels may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version posted on haptravels.com supersedes previous versions.
