What we feel is important:
At Fit City, we want to see through a wellness lens. This means seeing whole people instead a single part, and finding ways to bring acceptance, confidence, and freedom into every session. We believe the best friend you need is often yourself, and that striving inward helps us feel better about how we strive outwardly.
When you walk into our space, we hope that you feel safe, welcome, and comfortable enough to take risks and make choices that benefit you. We also openly make space for some alternative and therapeutic modalities in an effort to stand in the gaps and form a much needed bridge between clinical and fitness environments.
What we offer:
Fit City offers a blend of traditional fitness options with specialized approaches geared toward healing injury, developing confidence, and developing creativity and ambition. We are pleased to be able to serve populations experiencing trauma, orthopedic conditions, Parkinson's Disease, Cancer, and other complex conditions. We offer private training, group training, programming, and collaborative communication with other practitioners. We also structure events and classes around the processing of stress and emotions that cause a physiological impact on the body.
