Join Our Committee

We need you to get involved in helping to build a vibrant community here in Hanwell Fields, you can do this by coming along and supporting our events.

By joining the committee and helping to build community events.

Or by volunteering to help out in the centre with coffee mornings, general admin and pitching in.

We currently run several coffee mornings and would gladly receive donations of supplies such as cakes, snacks, drinks.

Also art and craft supplies for children groups are much appreciated.

You can drop donations into the Office 10 - 2pm weekdays.

We are currently looking for someone to join the committee as Treasurer. This is a voluntary role.

The Treasurer has a watchdog role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of the Management Committee to safeguard the organisation's finances.

In summary, the Treasurer is responsible for:

1. General financial oversight
2. Funding, fundraising and sales
3. Financial planning and budgeting
4. Financial reporting
5. Banking, book keeping and record keeping

Office admin also assist with general book-keeping such as raising invoices, petty cash tracking, Payee etc
