A Fitness Log will be assigned week 5 of each term. The log will be due week 7. This is a 7 day log tracking physical activity, sleep, and a balanced diet.
Logs are available on the table in the gym and in both locker rooms at all times. Incomplete or late fitness logs will be accepted for partial credit through week 8 of the term.
An additional log may be completed for extra credit or to earn back points for missed changes.
