We had a great couple days last week and I enjoyed getting to know each child a little bit better. I am excited to work with them this year!

Hot lunch will start on Monday. If your child wants hot lunch or milk, they will need to respond and tell me during morning routine.
Specials start this week! Your child will need to bring their PE clothes to change into on Wednesdays and Fridays. Coach Britton emailed families with the link to purchase Hanford Christian PE uniforms, and is hoping to get the uniforms out within the next couple weeks. If your child does not have their PE uniform yet, please have them change into an HCS shirt and shorts that are the approriate length.

Monday: Band  

Tuesday: Music (Choir) & Spanish

Wednesday: PE & Art (Every other week)

Thursday: Library (Won't begin until the week of August 25th) 

Friday: PE

Vocabulary: This year students will be expected to fill out the complete packet that comes home weekly or bi-weekly (which we will work through with them for the first couple of weeks.) We will start the first unit this next week with the test being on the 29th. including the spelling of the vocabulary words AND their definitions.
