3:45 pm - 4:45 pm — Delegate Social
Delegate Fees: Fees are $15 per delegate and cover lunch, delegate social, and gavel costs. Please ensure that your fees are received by Hanalani by October 26.
All fees must be mailed to the address on the right.

Location and Parking: Students, advisors, and delegations may park in the parking lot in front of the Fremont Building (orange on the map) and near the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Building (brown on the map). Opening and closing ceremonies will take place in the Student Activity Center, the large purple building on the map.
Lunch: Lunch will be held and distributed outside. If you have any serious allergies, please bring your own lunch. All delegates are advised to bring their own water bottles. The provided lunch will be pizza, and there will be provided snacks such as chips and fruit that are distributed during breaks.
Code of Conduct and Dress Code: The HanaMUN Staff expect each delegate to act with kindness and respect-- any bullying, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in suspension from HanaMUN. Delegates are to dress in Western business attire: blazers, dress pants, pencil skirts, and dress shoes are acceptable.
