A Splash of the Arts! Hampton City Schools Fine Arts Department presents the FREE series in conjunction with Arts for Learning, the Virginia Affiliate of Young Audiences. School-age children and families can interact with musicians, artists, actors, storytellers, dancers, and more. Each weekend has new programming!
