Here's how to make your own copy of the Performance Assessment Template from Google Drive Folder:

1. Click "+ New"
2. Hover over the arrow ">" beside Google Docs.
3. Click "From a template".
4. Select the "Performance Assessment Template".
5. FOR ACADEMIES: Choose "Academies PBL Template."
