The Mental Wealth Fair is a community event specifically designed for parents to increase awareness of the importance of mental wellness. The fair aims to provide resources, support, and information on mental health topics. It incorporates various interactive activities and wellness sessions that promote positive mental health practices for parents.

The fair will include informational booths where attendees can learn about different mental health resources available in the community, such as counseling centers, support groups, and mental health organizations. There will also be workshops and presentations conducted by mental health professionals, covering topics like stress management, and self-care for parents.

Additionally, the Mental Wealth Fair will feature experiential activities that allow parents to engage in self-reflection and exploration of their own mental well-being. This will involve guided meditation and relaxation exercises, or even physical activities aimed at promoting overall wellness.

The event provides a safe and supportive environment for parents to network, share experiences, and learn from each other. It encourages open conversations about mental health, reducing stigma, and seeking help when needed. By attending the Mental Wealth Fair, parents can gain knowledge, resources, and strategies to enhance their own mental well-being and that of their families.

All students must be accompanied by an adult and remain on site while in attendance.
