DID YOU KNOW?

-    No experience is necessary.  In fact 9 out of 10 students have no music background other than elementary school music classes. How do you sign up?  Click the link on the home page and sign up today!  OR Call me at 825-4546 and leave a message or send me an e-mail at lfarrell@hampton.k12.va.us

-    You are not required to purchase instruments.  Local music shops have great quality instruments for monthly rental fees and the Eaton Band program has instruments to rent for $30 per school year.

-    Students can earn a high school credit for Band in 8th grade AND take a 2nd high school credit elective.

-    Music students have a graduation rate of 100%!!!  Being involved in music promotes dedication, responsibility, respect and a work ethic that fosters success!

-   Students that are planning for Advanced Diplomas can take Band all through middle and high school and still have room to take other electives.   Music classes are global electives that apply to any of the academy choices.  Questions- just ask!
