Come check out some group drop in spaces to work on assignments and get support from HLP staff. We also hold space to run workshops and talk openly about navigating college with disabilities.

When stopping in for one of our HLP groups, you can expect a friendly and affirming environment. Whether the group is run by OARS staff or HLP fellows, someone will be there to ask how things are going.
Some groups will have themes such as workshops or facilitated conversations about different academic navigational tools. In the past, this has included making calendars, building to-do lists, breaking down common essay formats, and talking about accommodations at Hampshire. We will let you know when these workshops are as they come up!

The Holistic Learning Program will work with students navigating their academic careers . We often work with folks on understanding overall structures of assignments and big projects. Students can also work with us to understand the context, structure, and relational components that come with completing collegiate level assignments. We work with students planning out their long term goals with Div III and Div II projects as well.
HLP, however, is not a tutoring service. If you are seeking support with tutoring needs, such as how to do a specific equation, reviewing answers for correctness, or reteaching content from a course you are taking, HLP can direct you to more appropriate supports. This might include reaching out to professors or TA's, forming study groups with your peers, or pointing you to online resources that may further benefit your goals.
