At our weekly body doubling sessions, students come together with other students and get some work done together. This usually means sitting quietly together while working on assignments, but can also mean that the occasional conversation breaks out.
If you are facing blocks, there will always be at least one Holistic Learning Fellow that you can pull aside to work on assignments together.
Body Doubling schedule Below!
The library classroom is where all of the workshops happen. The classroom is on the first floor (with the front desk) and down the elevator hallway.
Can't find us? Ask a librarian!
The space includes a wall of windows and plenty of individual chairs with wheels and attached desks.
If you want to ask a question about an assignment, a fellow can work with you privately in the community commons right next door!
The Commons is right next to the library classroom. It's the room right behind the big glass wall as you go up the stairs.
The Knowledge Common is where all of the body doubling spaces are! You can enter from the Library Classroom or the APL!
The Commons will be where fellows might work with you one on one or where we might have events with food. There's a TV and comfortable couches as well as some great lighting!
The OARS office is where Griffin has their office. This is where most individual meetings with Griffin happen!
If someone only wants to body double, Griffin usually directs them to group body doubling spaces.
If you would like to meet individually with Griffin to work on assignments, navigating Hampshire, or just figuring stuff out - reach out at glJEA@hampshire.edu.
