SHARE WITH YOUR COMMITTEE:
You want to make sure you advisor/committee have access to your site and to all the artifacts you have included. The best way to do that is to
Create a single folder in your Hampshire Google Drive appropriately named (that is, containing your name and also whether it is a Div I or II ePortfolio).
Create your site by selecting +New and then Site (or copy the template) into that folder
Create a sub-folder with all your artifacts. The folder will have your artifacts folder and site. Share the entire folder with your committee. Since the entire folder is shared, everything inside (the site and artifacts) will also be shared and no one will need to request access. Once you are done, publish the site and view the published site. Send that URL to your committee.
SHARE WITH THE COLLEGE:
Please add eportfolios@hampshire.edu in addition to your committee when sharing your ePortfolio folder (site and artifacts folder). Sharing with this email address is how student work is archived at the college. It does not affect your evaluation and it is kept strictly anonymous. In order to be accredited, Hampshire has to be able to demonstrate that students complete our program as described. Thank you in advance for doing so!
SHARE WITH OTHER STUDENTS:
If you are willing to have your ePortfolio accessible to other students as an example in an ePortfolio Gallery, please make your site (but not your artifacts folder) VIEWABLE by anyone at Hampshire and send the published link to eportfolios@hampshire.edu with your permission to add your site to a gallery. It will only be accessible by people with a Hampshire login. And please, do not include your narrative evaluations - they are your private educational record.
SHARE BEYOND HAMPSHIRE IF YOU WOULD LIKE: Of course, you can also share your ePortfolio more widely - with family, friends, potential employers or internship hosts. And you can restrict access by individual page sharing settings (so, for example, pages you want to highlight for an internship position are viewable by anyone, but pages you want to share only with your committee are shared only with them).
