The Schuster Plant Ecology Lab produces impactful research and formative experiences. We explore practical questions of invasive plant ecology and mangement while providing hands-on experiences and extensive networking opportunities for students.Â
We are associated with both Hamline University and the University of Minnesota. The lab contributes to the Minnesota Invasive Terrestrial Plants and Pests Center (MITPPC) and offers opportunities for summer internships and seasonal work through projects housed there. Summer internships are available on a more limited basis for projects housed at Hamline, but Hamline students are encouraged to partner with Mike directly for summer collaborative research.
