Hamline's Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is dedicated to inclusive excellence for teaching for student retention as well as encouraging, supporting, and resourcing teaching and learning innovation; transforming student learning experiences by providing professional development opportunities, services and support to academic programs and departments, Online Degree Completer Program (ODC), Continuing Studies, assessment and various committees. 

During the academic year, the CTL hosts Faculty Development Day conferences in August, January, and May. The CTL also offers faculty development sessions, workshops and programming throughout the year.
