Join us this summer as Hamline University's Center for Global Environmental Education (CGEE) presents its acclaimed Rivers Institutes. These are FREE field-based professional development opportunities for all! The Rivers Institutes are designed to increase teachers' science content knowledge and investigation skills and help area educators translate their professional experiences into meaningful, engaging classroom investigations.
St. Croix River Institute (SCRI) June 22-24. Interstate State Park and William O'Brien State Park, MN
Mississippi River Delta Institute (MRDI) July 7-9. Optional 4th day on July 10. Violet, LA
Mississippi River Institute (MRI) with Wastewater Treatment Tour July 21-23. Minneapolis and St Paul, MN
St. Louis River and Estuary Institute (SLRI) 1 Day: August 6. Duluth, MN

Each 3-Day River Institute Participant (SCRI, MRDI, MRI) will receive:
